Former F.able member Jaehyun has passed away at the age of 23.

According to reports on July 2, the singer died on June 30 following a battle with leukemia. A source confirmed to Star News that the funeral was held that day, with fellow F.able members and Jaehyun’s family in attendance to bid him a final farewell.

On July 1, Jaehyun’s former bandmate Hojun expressed his grief in an emotional Instagram post:
“Jaehyun, I heard the news too late… I’m so sorry I couldn’t see you off on your final journey. I hope you can let go of all your worries now and rest in peace. I was thankful for the nearly five years we spent together… please visit me in my dreams.”

Jaehyun debuted as a vocalist and the youngest member of the South Korean boy group F.ABLE under Haeirum Entertainment in June 2020. The group released tracks such as “Burn It Up,” “Run Run Run,” and “Baby Don’t Cry,” performing domestically and internationally, including in Japan.
