Hrithik Roshan takes over Dubai

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has slammed reports that he will be reuniting with Kareena Kapoor for a new film. The two last worked together in the 2001 blockbuster Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, but maintained their distance ever since reports of them having a fling surfaced more than a decade ago.

In 2014, rumours started that the pair will be seen on the big screen again in producer Karan Johar’s Shuddhi, but the plans were halted midway.

“It’s absolutely false,” said Roshan, when asked if he would be heading to Delhi this month for the shoot with Kapoor.

Roshan, 40, was in Dubai to launch three Rado watches at Rivoli R Lounge in Dubai Mall on Monday evening. The actor is the face of the brand.

The visit marked his first appearance as a Rado ambassador this DSF. His advice to shoppers?

“Go crazy ... Style is about being comfortable and confident. And that confidence comes through your self-worth and that happens when you take on challenges everyday ... There’s much more to you than you think,” said Roshan, who owns a formidable collection of Rado watches.

“Even when I was a child, I was fascinated by this Rado watch that my father owned... It was masculine and I loved it,” said Roshan.
