Post Malone surprises single mum with $20,000 tip at Houston bar

Dubai: It was a Christmas miracle for a bartender in Houston, when she was tipped generously by American rapper, Post Malone. The singer and rapper proved he was a Rockstar, when he tipped Renee Brown $20,000 on Christmas Eve.

In an interview with American magazine, Music Mayhem, Brown said she was a single mum who had to work during the holiday when all she wanted to do was spend it with her nine-year-old daughter.

“Going into work Christmas Eve, I was so sad I had to leave my baby girl to go to work. Oblivious that God would send me a Christmas miracle. This is hands down the most humble, personable celebrity I’ve had the pleasure of meeting,” she said on a post on Facebook.

Brown added, “He changed my life on Christmas Eve, and I will forever be grateful. Things have been extremely difficult, and this was truly a blessing that I can’t fully put into words. Thank you so much, Austin!”

The outlet reported that Brown was trying to save up to start a business, so she didn’t have to work two jobs and instead would be able to spend more time with her daughter.

Malone, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, generously tipped Brown one day before he made a surprise cameo during Beyonce’s Christmas Day halftime show in Houston.

“The visit alone was absolutely amazing and something I could talk about and remember for the rest of my life,” she concluded.
