The movie -- a sequel to the popular movie franchise, 28 Days Later (2002) starring Cillian Murphy and 28 Weeks Later (2007), follows the lives of a group of survivors on a small island after a virus outbreak.

In an interview with BBC, Jodie Comer – who plays a housebound mother named Isla – spoke about the actors playing the zombies saying, “These performers, they aren’t taking the pace off. There are moments that feel incredibly heightened – you’re out of breath, facing elements of hysteria – but it’s brilliant.”
