An Unlikely Muse

Imitation is the best form of flattery and from the looks of it Abhishek Bachchan knows a thing or two about the adage. Surprisingly, it is not his father, the seasoned actor Amitabh,
that he loves to copy. Instead, superstar of South Indian cinema, Rajnikanth (inset), has caught Abhishek's fancy.

According to a source on the sets of Sarkar Raj Abhishek put up a show for the villagers who had come to watch the shooting.

"When Abhishek started imitating the antics of Rajnikanth, everyone was amused. Spurred on by the thunderous applause, Abhishek even repeated his antics," said the source.

Full Speed Ahead

There are some who love to rest on their laurels, but sultry siren Bipasha Basu is not among them. One would've thought that after basking in the success of Race she would've taken a vacation, but instead, this Bengali bombshell is busy shooting for more films – Bachna Ae Haseeno and Freeze. Despite shuttling between Australia and Bangkok, she is not complaining.

The Family Man

Say hello to Fardeen Khan (above, left), the actor who has put his film career on hold to concentrate on his family. His priority these days is his ailing father, Feroz Khan. From what we hear, Fardeen is personally supervising the treatment of his father, who has been sick for quite awhile.

Busy Body

John Abraham is leading a whirlwind life these days. And no, it is not his professional commitments nor a certain Ms Basu who is monopolising his time. It's his brother Allan, who is going to tie the knot with a Romanian girl.

As the wedding will take place in Romania, John is busy with the preparations and has asked the makers of Aashayein, his next film, to postpone the date of release due to time constraints. The makers have obliged and the movie will now release on July 4, the same day Aamir Khan's Jaane Tu and Harman Baweja's Love Story 2050 are being released.

Love Struck

There are cracks appearing in the Saif-Kareena relationship and it is not Bebo who is the cause but Saif. The man, it seems, is so insecure about his lady love that he is constantly trying to keep tabs on her. According to a source, Saif is constantly on the phone with Bebo. In fact, it's believed that Saif is so engrossed in keeping track of Kareena that he has even stopped communicating with his family.

Accompanying her to events that have nothing to do with him, all over the country, is just the beginning. And what does Kareena think about it? "Kareena likes her space. She loves him but doesn't keep shadowing him. Initially, she enjoyed all the attention. But things are changing" added the source.
