You might not want to accept it, but Ekta Kapoor has her own multiverse before the MCU. Yes, you read that right. For those who grew up by their mothers side watching the triumvirate, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and Kasautii Zindagi Kay, not to mention several other K-serials---you would know that Kapoor found a way to connect all her characters.

It’s…true. It was what we would witness as the ‘Maha Episode’. Yes, really. That’s when the different Ekta Kapoor characters gathered.  Tulsi and Sakshi Tanwar’s Parvati would be sorting out clues, while Jay Bhanushali’s Neev and Panchi Bora’s Prachi from Kayamath were caught in the literal fire: We would have over-the-top scenes that involved Neev dramatically rolling out Prachi in a barrel, to protect her from the fire. But...slight problem folks. Ronit Roy, who played Prachi's father in Kayamath, also played Mihir Virani in KSKBT, not to mention Rishabh Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagi Kay, but that crossover didn't seem to happen. Or did it?

Yes, I remember these details. You can’t forget them too, if you spent 15 years watching them.

But the twist—the most baffling one that left both Kyunki and Kahaani fans scratching their heads—came at the end of Kyunki. For the lucky unversed: one of the show’s most confusing plotlines involved Karan and Nandini’s son, born while Nandini was in jail. Shortly after, he was kidnapped by the ever-scheming Mandira (played by Achint Kaur). Through years of dramatic twists, heartbreaks, and reunions, the fate of the child remained a mystery.

Except…Parvati did. In the last episode of Kyunki, Parvati reveals that she has been looking after Parth all these years.

Gasp.

That’s enough internet for the day, folks.
