Another case against the Pulp Fictor actor
A former cruise line worker has filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles against John Travolta, accusing the "Pulp Fiction" star of embracing him naked after complaining about neck pain.
The lawsuit was filed June 21 by Fabian Zanzi and seeks unspecified damages.
Zanzi contends Travolta disrobed and held him against his will during a Caribbean cruise three years ago.
The actor was accused recently in another federal lawsuit of groping two masseurs. The case quickly unraveled after Travolta's attorney, Martin Singer, discredited one of the anonymous accusers by showing the actor was across the country on the day of one of the alleged incidents.
Singer did not immediately return a call seeking comment Tuesday from The Associated Press, but earlier, he told City News Service that Zanzi's complaint was "another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims."
Despite the day’s news, the actor freely mingled at an after-party Monday’s premiere of his new Oliver Stone film “Savages”. Earlier in the evening, he kissed his wife, actress Kelly Preston, during a photo op on the red carpet. He continued to be openly affectionate with her at the party, as she flanked him throughout the course of the evening. In “Savages,” Travolta plays a corrupt Drug Enforcement Administration agent stuck between two young American marijuana growers and a Mexican drug cartel. And despite the tabloid firestorm, a Universal spokeswoman said Travolta had not altered his media obligations, which included sitting for a press junket with domestic and international outlets last weekend.
