Ek Tha Tiger song gets folk twist

After the roaring success of Salman Khan’s song Mashallah in Ek Tha Tiger, he’s back with another offering. The Arabic beats that made Mashallah a smash hit has been replaced by a romantic number titled Banjaara. In the new song, sung by Sukhwinder Singh, the Bodyguard star is seen wooing his leading lady Katrina Kaif in Dublin. While Khan sticks to his usual style of dancing (think chest thrusts and jacket twists), Kaif experiments with her looks. The song, which boasts of a strong Irish folk music influences and Celtic style choreography, sees Kaif in a mini-kilt and a bagpipe.

Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan, releases in the UAE on August 15.
