Actors were spotted together and are likely to promote this City as a must-visit spot
Dubai is witnessing a K-pop star explosion, with South Korean celebrities making high-profile appearances in the city.
Latest to the celebrity roster to touch down the UAE are reportedly three members of the beloved Wooga Squad—Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-shik, and Park Hyung-sik who were spotted at the Dubai airport on February 25.
In the clips that are now doing the rounds, Seo-joon kept it simple with a white oversized T-shirt and black pants, while Hyung-sik and Woo-shik were spotted in sleek all-black outfits at the Dubai airport. The actors were also seen warmly waving at their fans.
The trio is reuniting onscreen after three years, following their appearance in Dubai's promotion campaign In The Soop: Friendcation. They have reportedly been invited by the Dubai Tourism Authority to lead Dubai Friends, a global campaign aimed at promoting tourism in the Emirates.
Hyung-sik previously participated in the campaign’s first edition, Dubai, Who’s Ready?, alongside Park Shin-hye. With this year’s theme focusing on friendship, it’s only fitting that Wooga Squad members take center stage, given their immense global popularity.
On the professional front, Woo-shik recently impressed audiences with his role as Ko Gyeom in Netflix’s Melo Movie, co-starring Park Bo-young. Hyung-sik is currently starring in Disney+’s Buried Hearts, while Seo-joon is set to appear in JTBC’s romantic comedy Waiting for Gyeongdo, alongside Squid Game 2 star Won Ji-an.
