Why Diana Penty took time to sign new films
Bollywood actress, who made her debut in 2012, will next be seen in ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi’
Actress Diana Penty, who was last seen on the big screen in her debut film Cocktail (2012), says she has been in no rush to sign films.
“I was getting offers, but nothing that clicked with me. I wasn’t in a hurry to sign films or had pressure, so I said that I will wait for the right one. I was not ready to settle for anything after Cocktail. I wanted to do without any pressure,” Penty said.
Penty will now be seen in Mudassar Aziz’s Happy Bhag Jayegi.
Talking about the film, she said: “It has an unusual script. It is completely different from my debut film. I wanted to explore myself as an actress. I am glad I did this film.”
The film releases in the UAE on August 18.
