Bollywood fans in the UAE will be the first to view Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back on September 3, a day before its worldwide release.
The sequel to the 2007 superhit Welcome, which starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead, was extensively shot in Dubai, just as the first film.
John Abraham, who takes over from Kumar in this 2015 Firoz Nadiadwala production, will be in the city along with the entire star cast, including Naseeruddin Shah, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Shruti Haasan, Paresh Rawal and Dimple Kapadia, producers have confirmed.
