Taapsee Pannu to visit Agra to research new role

Actress Taapsee Pannu is planning to travel to Agra to do research work for her role in the upcoming movie Agra Ka Daabra.

She will be seen playing a young Muslim girl in the film, which also stars Ayushmann Khurrana.

“I was recently chatting up with a friend to whom I mentioned about Agra ka Daabra. Interestingly, she happened to be originally from Agra. She was visiting her family and invited me to go with her to the city,” Pannu said in a statement.

“I thought it would be a great opportunity to research and learn more about the place for my character in the movie,” she added.

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the movie is expected to into production in February 2015.
