Actor Sooraj Pancholi, who made his acting debut with the Salman Khan production Hero, says he wants to work with his mother and veteran actress Zarina Wahab for his next film.
The 25-year-old has already shared screen space with his father Aditya Pancholi in his first film.
“I wanted her [Zarina Wahab] to do my next film with me. I have asked her if she[(would work in my next]... She said that if she has time, she will see,” said Pancholi.
Pancholi shared screen space with actress Jacqueline Fernandez for a music video GF BF, which got over 15 million views on YouTube. The actor said he was overwhelmed by the response and “hopes to do more songs”.
“I hope I do a lot of songs because that’s when I perform and get money,” Pancholi quipped.
There were reports that the Hero star has been roped in for a film with T-Series.
Asked if he has signed with T-series, Pancholi said: “We are still talking about it. Nothing is confirmed.”
The actor hopes to be back on-screen by the end of this year.
