Katrina Kaif, who will be next seen in Abhishek Kapoor’s Fitoor, says she’s determined to get what she wants — this includes taking over the world.
The film, one of her most ambitious projects, sees her playing a complex protagonist, Firdaus. It is a modern retelling of Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations,
When asked what her fitoor (obsession or madness) is, Kaif said, “I want to be the president of a country. That’s the fitoor going on in my mind right now... to take over the world.”
“If I set my mind on something, I make sure I get it. So, let’s see. You never know,” the actress said during her appearance on TV show Yaar Mera Superstar while promoting the film.
Fitoor, also starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Tabu, will release in the UAE on February 11.
