Actor Ali Fazal, who walked the Lakme Fashion Week ramp last year, says he wants to find his place in Bollywood before trying his hand at another industry, including fashion designing.

Ali walked the runway for actor-comedian Vir Das’s clothing line last year, and he was spotted at the opening day of the summer-resort edition in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Asked if he plans to come up with his own fashion line in the future, the Fukrey actor said: “I walked in boxers last year for Vir, but yes, maybe one day I will think about designing.

“Currently, I don’t feel qualified to be a part of designing. I am still grappling with my films, my acting... runways are a very new experience for me. I am still trying to see and try my luck on the ramp,” he added.

The actor attended the Gen Next show that kicked off the ongoing edition of the fashion gala.

Fazal added: “I do have my own style but I like to follow trends and be inspired. I respect that.”
