Abhishek Bachchan back to work after slipped disc

Abhishek Bachchan is excited to begin promoting his upcoming film Housefull 3 after being missing in action for over a month due to a slipped disc.

The All Is Well star experienced severe back pain before being diagnosed with the ailment.

“After over a month of rest, healing and recovery it’s back to work again. Bring on Housefull 3. #thankgod,” Bachchan, 40, posted on Twitter.

The Sajid-Farhad directed film, which features Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Lisa Haydon, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Chunkey Pandey, is expected to release in the UAE on June 2.
