Deepika grows up

In real life, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor might have moved on – Ranbir is seeing Katrina Kaif and Deepika is dating Shahid Kapur (yes, that’s the latest rumour). However, professionally Deepika would not mind working on a film
with her ex-beau. In an interview with an Indian daily, Padukone said she wanted to do more films with Ranbir because he’s a very fine actor and has a
lot of potential.

Meanwhile, we would love to see Shahid and Kareena in another movie together. Afterall, they made such a great match in Jab We Met. Besides, a film with the two of them will be a hit even before it makes it to the screen. We wonder how comfortable Deepika would be with that?

Om back to first wife?

The roller coaster relationship between Om Puri and his wife Nandita is likely to end in divorce very soon. There are rumours that the actor has started seeing his first wife Seema Kapoor once again. The cracks in his marriage became public when Nandita published a biography about him. She created a storm by going into details about his alleged affair with his maid and publishing this information without his knowledge. However, the actor has denied that is the reason he is seeking divorce.

The return of the angry young man

After Aamir Khan’s character in Ghajini and Salman Khan’s role in Wanted both became a success at the box office – Amitabh Bachchan, the original ‘angry young man’ is going to reprise his character by playing an angry (old) man. The film is directed by Poori Jagannath, a well-known film director from the Telegu film industry who says, “He is quite angry and very violent. I’ve written the role especially for him. It is the story of a 60-year-old man who refuses to accept his age. When someone calls him budha (old man) he flies off the handle.” Very original plot, isn’t it? The film is produced by Ram Gopal Verma. That should explain it.
