ABS-CBN’s The Filipino Channel (TFC) is bringing ASAP Pinoy Champs in Abu Dhabi in November.

Yeng Constantino, Marcelito Pomoy, Jovit Baldovino and Angeline Quinto will take the stage of Yas Island’s du Forum on November 9.

The next generation of divas and balladeers are set to rock the capital during their show, the ASAP Pinoy Champs Live In Abu Dhabi.

The ASAP Pinoy Champs are part of the Sunday noontime variety show ASAP 2012 in the Philippines. TFC, a cable service offering Filipino programming worldwide, is bringing them to the UAE for its annual year-end event.

The foursome in harmony have earned the respect of both the masses and industry veterans for their uncanny talent and passion for performing. Yeng Constantino, a crowd favourite among the UAE fanbase, became the very first “Grand Star Dreamer” of the Pinoy Dream Academy when she was barely of legal age. Still young at 23, Constantino has already chart toppers for compositions, as well as record-hitters for albums. Batangas-born Jovit Baldivino, 18, is not ashamed of his humble roots. From selling dim sum to singing various ABS-CBN soap opera theme songs, this Pilipinas Got Talent Season 1 winner has indeed gone a long way.

Another singer whose voice you get to hear more than once a day if you’re an avid TFC viewer, Angeline Quinto has evolved into a singing vixen since her win in the Star Power: Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar. “Birit-lovers” will not be disappointed with this twenty-two-year-old lass from Manila. Think Marcelito Pomoy and the name could mean many things. A tenor, a soprano, an internet sensation – the popularity of the then 27-year-old Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 contestant preceded his great triumph of becoming the competition’s grand winner.

Tickets Dh150 for VIP Seats, Dh100 for Patron Seats and Dh60 for General Admission (Standing). Discounts for The Filipino Channel subscribers. There’s free transportation from Dubai.
