Nancy under attack
Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram came under attack from university students in the Moroccan capital Al Rabat for hosting her concert during their final examination. The students filed a petition to stop the Mowazin Festival from taking place during the examination period, but Nancy's concert was still a huge success with as many as 50,000 people showing up.
Fan antics
During a recent concert for Haifa Wehbe and Assi Helani in Beirut, fans went wild during Haifa's performance. So much so, they even managed to damage the stage. Helani had to cancel his performance for the safety of his band and audience, but promised that there would be another concert soon to make up for this fiasco.
Angham wins!
Angham has finally got a ruling in her favour in her divorce case against her husband, composer Fahad. The Egyptian singer said her husband was jealous of her success and wanted to imprison her, while Fahad's family launched an attack against Angham and said she dressed indecently.
No comment!
Rula Saad has refused to comment on the accusation by Egyptian fashion designer Bahij Hussein that she stole over US$20,000 worth of clothing. All Rula said was that Bahij was trying to gain attention and make a name at the expense of others.
