Stresa: Dubai Police won the opening race of the Stresa Grand Prix, round two of the seven-stage UIM XCAT World Championship, on Lake Maggiore in Italy on Saturday, while two Abu Dhabi boats finished second and fifth.
Nadir Bin Hendi and Arif Saif Al Zafeen led the 17-lap race from start to finish, while Shaun Torrente and Faleh Al Mansouri started from fourth and worked their way up to second, while Rashid Al Tayer and Majid Al Mansouri went from ninth to fifth.
Dubai Police top the overall championship while Abu Dhabi are third.
