Dubai: A new chapter in Dubai’s luxury real estate market unfolds with the launch of Bottega 33 Residences, the second project under the growing brand.

Located in the heart of Majan, one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, the development promises a fusion of refined Italian-inspired architecture and modern urban living.

This marks the first fully branded residential concept from a homegrown Dubai developer, created in strategic collaboration with premium real estate firm Arete Developments. Bottega 33 sets out to be more than just a residential project — it aims to be a new standard for sophisticated living, combining aesthetics, function, and lifestyle.

This latest launch further cements the brand’s growing presence in the high-end property segment. The residences will feature premium Italian materials and craftsmanship throughout, from flooring to bathroom fixtures, in partnership with iconic names like Atlas Concorde and Bango Design.

Saleh Tabakh, Founder and CEO, said: “We managed to create Dubai’s first fully branded residential concept, homegrown and authentically tailored. Bottega is not just a building; it’s a lifestyle blueprint. We aspire to extend its presence across Dubai and beyond through partnerships focused on quality design and efficient execution.”

Fahim Hussain, Founder and CEO of Arete Developments, said: “Bottega’s superior material quality, strong branding potential, and versatile design framework make it equally compelling for investors and end users. Bottega 33 is poised to redefine modern branded premium residences in Dubai — design-driven, meticulously curated, and setting a new benchmark for elevated luxury living.”
