Mubadala to launch unit sales at Rosewood, Four Seasons

Abu Dhabi: Mubadala Real Estate and Investment, the developer behind Al Maryah Island, announced that it will launch residential sales at Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Four Seasons Hotel, planned for the second half of this year.

In a statement released on Sunday, Mubadala said that more than 140 apartments at Rosewood Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel, which is due to open in 2016, will be available for sale.

The Rosewood Residences will offer 73 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, along with three penthouses, while the 69 units at the Four Season will offer one- to four-bedroom apartments, and two penthouses.

The units also feature 24-hour services from the hotels.

Mubadala is set to showcase the designs of the units to investors who register their interest at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which runs from April 21-23.
