Mamsha Al Saadiyat construction progressing per schedule

Abu Dhabi: The Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), the Abu Dhabi-based master developer, announced that the construction of Mamsha Al Saadiyat is progressing per schedule with construction currently underway.

The project, which is a residential development in Saadiyat Cultural District in Abu Dhabi, is scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2018.

It was awarded in April this year to a joint venture between San Jose Contracting and Pivot Engineering and General Contracting. The contract is valued at Dh1.25 billion.
