DUBAI: The three-day Dubai Property Show, which opened on Friday at the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, is expected to attract around 5,000 serious buyers, according to organisers Sumansa Exhibitions.

The show, run in association with Dubai Land Department, attracted Dh400 million in sales last year.

“Dubai has become the hub of real estate and a favourite property destination for Indian investors,” said Sultan Al Suwaidi of Sumansa Exhibitions. “Indians are the number one foreign buyers of real estate in Dubai and we have seen a 110% increase in investment compared to what it was 4 years back.”
