Bloom Properties awards contracts of more than Dh1b in 2017

Abu Dhabi: Bloom Properties announced that it has awarded five construction contracts worth over Dh1 billion since the beginning of 2017.

The developer appointed General Construction Company for the main construction works of Stella Maris, Becon Construction for Bloom Heights, and Emirates Link Maltauro for FAYA at Bloom Gardens and Soho Square. Airolink has been contracted to build Bloom Education’s Brighton College UK and Dwight School New York schools in Dubai.

The company in a statement said the work on the sites is progressing rapidly with developments scheduled for completion in less than two years.
