Azizi announces Dh350m Al Furjan project

Dubai: Dubai-based Azizi Developments announced on Wednesday a Dh350 million serviced apartment project in Al Furjan near Jebel Ali.

“Roy Mediterranean” will be service apartments consisting of 272 units, according to a company statement. The total development costs will be “in the region” if Dh350 million, the statement said. Azizi did not say when the project would be completed.

The completed G+7 furnished apartments with 224 studios, 47 one-bedroom units and P2 parking will span over 2.6 hectares.
