Dubai: Another island destination in Abu Dhabi is targeting property investors.

The developer Modon has launched its first residential plots on Hudayriyat Island, which it says is 'one of Abu Dhabi’s most desirable emerging locations'.

Opposite Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen area, the 'Wadeem' is the first new offering of land 'close to the city’s most exclusive areas in more than 15 years'. The sales of these plots are open to all nationalities.

In total, Wadeem will have more than 1,700 plots, allowing for a four- to six-bedroom villa to be built and 'generous enough to accommodate a swimming pool alongside outdoor dining and entertainment spaces'.

The plots are 'just a stone’s throw' from Hudayriyat Island’s coastline. According to Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, “We are not only unlocking a high-potential opportunity to invest in one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after locations, but also giving buyers the chance to realise their own dream home by the sea."
