Dubai: The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) announced the listing and trading units of Osool & Bakheet Investment Company’s Real Estate Investment Traded Fund (Reit).
The Reit will carry a symbol of 4334 in the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds sector, with a 10 per cent daily price fluctuation limit per unit.
Reits are accessible to all investor segments to buy and sell Reits units in the same method currently used for equities.
