Dubai: International Holding Company (IHC) has launched a new global marketplace for artificial intelligence (AI) tools, aimed at making it easier for developers to access the hardware and software they need to build advanced AI systems.

The platform is powered by SAIF – short for Smart Artificial Intelligence Facilitator – a digital assistant built in the UAE. SAIF helps users find and buy powerful computing chips (GPUs), AI models, and other tools directly through a simple interface that works on mobile and desktop. It supports over 5,000 languages and can interact through voice, text, or video.

AI developers often struggle to get the computing power they need, especially because many suppliers sell only in large quantities. IHC’s new marketplace solves this by offering direct access to these resources in smaller, more manageable units.

UAE made for global use

Built in the UAE and designed for global use, the marketplace supports not just developers but also companies, governments, and non-profit groups looking to build or use AI more effectively.

The launch aligns with the UAE’s national strategy to grow its digital economy and become a leader in AI by 2031. IHC said more details on the platform’s features and global partnerships will be announced soon.

“This marketplace will change how people interact with AI,” said IHC CEO Syed Basar Shueb. “It’s a proud moment for the UAE and a big step forward for digital innovation.”
