Dubai: Gateway Canada, a consultancy specialising in workforce placements and immigration services, has launched its operations in Dubai, as part of a network expansion.

“Dubai has always been a strategic hub for global commerce and talent mobility,” said Fazil Gardezi, CEO of Gateway Canada. “This move strengthens our ability to connect professionals and investors with new markets, facilitating seamless global mobility and business growth.”

The global market for cross-border talent placement and investment-linked residency permits continues to grow, with a further boost provided by the US offering a ‘Gold Card’ scheme for $5 million.  The UAE has had significant success through its ongoing Golden Visa program and reforms that have made it easier for talent and high net worth individuals anywhere in the world to have a long term base here.

For Gateway Canada, the Dubai expansion is a launchpad for Delivra Euro, which is into job placements for skilled workers from Asia into Europe. The company also has a presence in Albania and Pakistan, and ‘with upcoming expansions planned for Europe in the next six months’.
