DSI subsidiary signs Dh123m contract

Abu Dhabi: Drake and Scull Engineering (DSE), the engineering subsidiary of Drake and Scull International, was awarded a Dh123 million contract for an upcoming mixed-use development in Dubai’s Jumeirah district.

Under the terms of the agreement, DSE will develop over 72,000 square metres of food and beverage concepts, retail outlets, and shell and core parking facilities. DSE’s scope of work includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of complete mechanical, engineering, and plumbing works.

The project is expected to be completed by 2016.
