Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties today announced that phase one of the Ansam residential development on Yas Island saw strong demand at the off-plan sales launch with more than 300 units sold.
The first of two sales events, held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island, attracted more than 800 people.
The most sought-after units, with sea and golf course views, will be available for purchase on Saturday, June 14, at the second sales event, which will also be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island.
Mohammad Al Mubarak, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Properties said: “Ansam is the first residential development on Yas Island available for purchase and offers a unique investment proposition. This weekend’s event was another great success and an important milestone for Aldar. We expect similarly strong demand at the second sales event next weekend as we launch the most sought after units at the development.”
