Abu Dhabi’s NPCC wins oilfield contract in India

National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), an Abu Dhabi based oilfield services company has won an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract for the development of Ratna oilfield in the west coast of India.

The contract, which includes survey, design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation and commissioning of five well platforms and associated pipelines and cables is valued at Dh1.2 billion.

NPCC owns a fleet of 22 offshore vessels equipped with modern facilities to support its offshore operations. It also has over 1200 engineers working for it.

Abu Dhabi’s Senaat has 70 per cent stake in NPCC while remaining 30 per cent belongs to Consolidated Contractors Company.
