DP World announces Belgian acquisition
DP World has taken over the development of a port in Belgium for an undisclosed sum

Dubai: DP World said on Sunday it has taken over development responsibilities for Trilogiport in Liege, Belgium for an undisclosed sum.
The Dubai-owned terminal operator said it had taken over “all shares” owned by Euroports. The Belgian port is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
DP World declined to reveal the value of the acquisition or state how many shares they had purchased.
