Dubai-based Free Zone IFZA celebrates the latest addition to its community programmes with the recently concluded Battle of the Business Councils Golf Day 2021, a corporate tournament that drew more than 200 players from Dubai and the Northern Emirates to the Earth Course of the Jumeirah Golf Estates.
IFZA strengthened its presence at the event through a bespoke networking lounge for player’s post-game cooldown and brand activations at the 18th hole. The Free Zone also fielded 4 teams at the morning shotgun.
“IFZA’s commitment to live events and experiences are in line with our wider commitment to know and relate with people on a personal level, beyond business. These events are our channels to find and understand the pulse of the market through our IFZA Partners. We work as one, we grow as one, and we succeed as one,” says Martin G. Pedersen, Chairman of IFZA.
Organised by the British Business Group, AmCham Dubai (American Business Council), Canadian Business Council of Dubai and Northern Emirates, Australian Business Council Dubai and Irish Business Network Dubai, the annual Battle of the Business Councils Golf Day is one of the important highlights in the groups’ annual calendars.
This tournament is part of the lineup of collaborations, sports and networking events created by IFZA for its global network of Professional Partners.
