In a bid to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable last mile logistics, a revolutionary electric motorcycle specifically designed for B2B last mile delivery has been launched by Xoom Volt Motors.
Set up under the leadership of Saif Jaffar Suhail Markhan Alketbi, Xoom Volt is a UAE based start-up whose vision is to accelerate sustainability in Last Mile Logistics. They are also the first EV venture to sign the responsible climate companies pledge with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) and UEFA in support of the UAE Net Zero 2050 initiative. The bike boasts a sleek and modern German design, with a powerful electric motor that can reach a top speed of 100 kilometres per hour. The transport sector accounts for almost 24% of GHG emissions (of which a significant portion is contributed by last mile logistics).
