The Doris Duan-Young Autism Centre (DDY) is excited to announce the launch of their brand-new website! After years of hard work and dedication, the center is so delighted to officially share this with all of you! The website features the following but not limited to; a refreshed look of DDY’s center facilities, its wide-range of therapy services for People of Determination, its remarkable achievements, its team members who are behind the center’s successes, media publications, and many more.

DDY’s main goal in launching their new website aside from it being part of the center’s re-branding is to provide a more informative and user-friendly experience that clearly states the center’s Vision and Mission, what it stands for, an improved Careers pages and what it can achieve for People of Determination as a center who positions itself as a one-stop solution for comprehensive autism care. As an organization that is dedicated “to become the leading provider of autism care” and strives to “be innovative in the field of autism”, it’s very important to make information regarding their services and achievements easily accessible for current and prospective clients.

Speaking of current and prospective clients, they will find useful information about the advantages of enrolling their child in DDY on the homepage of the website. Parent testimonials were outlined to show how the center continues to provide remarkable changes on many lives of children and young adults of determination and DDY’s big part in reaching their full potential and inclusion in society. Amongst the new features of the site, it also links to the center’s social media platforms for easy access (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn) to provide constant updates and communication to the public.

Furthermore, and still in line with DDY’s re-branding, the elements of DDY logo was re-designed from the centers inception in 2014. The contours of the “ribbon heart” has been softened to represent gentleness, the colours of the rainbow spectrum filled the new softened heart - representing the varied symptoms, abilities and challenges faced by People of Determination, and lastly the almost circular element in the heart from the original logo is now a perfect circle to represent inclusion.

The values of the center were also refined and selected based on relatability and applicability - Commitment, Unconditional Love and Passion.

DDY might have undergone a significant transformation, but the center remains and committed to be an Expertise That Cares that empowers all People of Determination reach their full potential through its comprehensive, personalized and innovative care.
