CN-1410257, ADCCI no. 307639 (the “Company”) registered under Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The operations of the company are in the provision of offshore marine and related services such as ship management and chartering. It has been brought to our attention that our Company has recently been mistaken for another entity bearing the same name but registered in Dubai. The Company wishes to clarify that it does not have any branch, subsidiary or any other related entity bearing the same or similar name in the Emirate of Dubai or any other Emirates.
