Dubai: Air France has just unveiled budget-saving deals for UAE travellers and slashed the prices of tickets to various destinations in Europe and the United States.

The French carrier is offering up return airfares under Dh2,000 in its “Oh Lala” deals bonanza, with return rates for trips from Dubai to Rome up for grabs for as low as Dh1,450.

Economy seats for flights to a host of European destinations, including Vienna, Milan, Munich, London, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf and Hamburg start from Dh1,800, while those bound for Frankfurt and Zurich cost Dh1,600 and Dh1,750, respectively.

US and Canada-bound travellers won’t get disappointed, either, with tickets to New York, Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Chicago, Houston and Montreal costing just a little over Dh3,000, while flights to Washington can be booked for just Dh3,000.

The discounted fares are inclusive of taxes and surcharges, and valid for purchases until January 30, 2018. Flyers can choose to travel anytime until June 10, 2018, the airline said on its website.

However, passengers who book tickets to any European city will have to make a stopover in Paris.

Flyers are also warned that the promised airfares don’t apply to all flights, as rates can vary depending on seat demand, timing of purchase and flight, among other factors.

UAE residents looking to travel elsewhere may also want to check out Emirates’ latest deals bonanza, offering tickets for as low as Dh825. The UAE airline’s offer, however, is expiring in five days.
