Unwanted insurance

I won’t benefit from this until something goes wrong in my life

I have taken a loan from Dunia Finance. I requested Dunia Finance customer care to cancel the credit life insurance and Qwik Cash Platinum. As of today they did not cancel it and deducted the first Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) Dh1,780, which includes credit life insurance premium at Dh29 per month and Qwik Cash Platinum at Dh70 per month. I won’t benefit from this until something goes wrong in my life and I don’t see any additional advantage to me.
