Abu Dhabi: A young woman's body was found in a suitcase in the holy sites in Mecca, near the fourth ring road, local media reported. Initial investigations revealed that the deceased was a resident of Indonesian nationality, aged 24, and her sponsor reported that she was absent from work.
The Public Prosecution in Mecca received the case papers to complete investigations to uncover the causes of death.
Mecca police have received a tip-off on Friday evening from a citizen that he had found a large suitcase lying on the ground and when he checked what was inside it, he found the dead woman.
