Kuwaiti Emir receives UN Special Envoy to Yemen

Kuwait: Kuwaiti Emir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah yesterday received UN Special Envoy to Yemen Esmail Ould Shaikh Ahmad.

According to the Kuwait News Agency, Kuna, during the meeting, the UN official expressed gratitude to the Kuwaiti Emir for hosting Yemeni talks, commending his efforts to end the conflict and achieve security and stability for the Republic of Yemen.

The Kuwaiti Emir highlighted the importance of continuing negotiations between the Yemeni parties to achieve positive results and to maintain security and stability for the Yemeni people.
