Kuwait: An ex-military personal shot himself in the head after police surrounded him in his house in Ali Sabah Al Salem, reported Al Watan Kuwait.
Late on Wednesday night, Kuwaiti security forces announced that there was a shooter that had opened fire on a security vehicle in the area.
The Ministry of Interior identified the shooter as “Um Al Hayman”.
