His arrest came after months of surveillance by the Bureau of Immigration’s Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) in coordination with Indian authorities.
Upon landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, Gyong was immediately taken into custody by the Delhi Police Special Cell.
