Washington: US President Donald Trump spoke by phone with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, and the two leaders discussed the war in Afghanistan, the political crisis in the Maldives, the plight of Rohingya refugees from Myanmar and North Korea's nuclear program, the White House said.
