Dubai Courts approves legal support service centres

Al Adheed centres will facilitate registration of cases, enquiries about cases and notary public access among other services

Dubai: The UAE’s first support service centre for judicial work called ‘Al Adheed Centre’ has been approved and set up to provide 7-star judicial services, it was announced on Saturday.

Dubai Courts announced yesterday that it has approved six offers submitted by various companies to license Al Adheed centre.

The centre, the first of its kind, will provides 7-star services, which include submitting applications for case registration and smart cases, enquiries about cases, marriage services and documentation, notary public, attending sessions remotely in addition to other complementary services such as legal translation.

The date for the launch of the first centre in Al Barsha, as approved by Dubai Courts, is in October this year, with the professed aim of raising the level of services to exceed expectations of customers and to achieve their satisfaction and happiness.

There will be six branches of the centre in all with Oud Metha, Umm Hurair, Ras Al Khor, Al Qusais and Al Mamzar being the other locations.

Through the centre, Dubai Courts aim to provide high quality services, create a distinguished public impression of the department and reduce the number of Dubai Courts visitors by 80 per cent in accordance with the vision of the wise leadership.

The centre also aims to consolidate the institutional identity of service centres and provide top-notch services while facilitating and standardizing services and prices in the approved service centres.

Dubai Courts has also approved Al Adheed Centre’s logo, which was inspired by the colours of the of Dubai Courts’ logo.

Abdullah Al Rayes, Director of the Customers Happiness Department of Dubai Courts, said the centre will provide seven-star services with the mission of achieving customers’ happiness. He stressed the need to work in the spirit of team work and ensure that services offered at the inaugural Al Adheed centre matches up to the highest standards until such time that the other centres become operational.
