Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced the temporary closure of its main Customer Happiness Centre in Al Jafiliya following the Eid Al Fitr holidays.

The closure comes as part of ongoing maintenance and development efforts aimed at enhancing the work environment and improving service quality.

To ensure uninterrupted service delivery, GDRFA Dubai has setn up an alternative centre located behind Max Metro Station, where all services will continue to be provided with the same level of efficiency and quality.
