GAC launches Ramadan initiative to support workers

Ramadan is the time for reflection, gratitude and togetherness. It is also the time for charity and sharing. In keeping with this spirit, GAC, known for its innovative, high-performance automobiles, recently organised a charitable initiative to support the workers of the UAE who have contributed to the nation’s development.

The company distributed food boxes containing essential items to workers at food banks and labour accommodations in Dubai. It was a collective effort, with Wang Shunsheng, Vice President of GAC International, Mark Zhang, General Manager of GAC International Middle East Company, and GAC staff and management coming together to pack the food boxes for distribution.

Comprising a variety of non-perishable staples, the food boxes provided workers with necessary items to ensure they have nourishing meals for iftar and suhour during the holy month.

GAC’s efforts in the UAE this Ramadan reflected the spirit of giving and warmth that defines the holy month.
