Girl, 15, falls to death from Sharjah building
Girl died after reportedly falling from the 18th floor balcony of her apartment
Sharjah: A 15-year-old Iraqi girl died after reportedly falling from the 18th floor balcony of her apartment in Sharjah on Monday night, a Sharjah Police official said.
The official said the police are investigating the case of the Iraqi girl who was identified as N.A.A.R.
The police said: “The girl fell from the 18th-floor of a high rise tower, but they have launched investigations to determine whether it was a suicide or an accident or there is any foul play behind the incident.”
As soon as the Sharjah Police was notified about the accident by building security, a team from the Criminal and Investigation Department (CID) was dispatched to the building, who found the girl’s body on the floor.
