Safi Airways now operates with Etihad Airways
Afghan airline Safi Airways will now operate under the Etihad Airways umbrella. The airline's four weekly services between Abu Dhabi and Kabul, operational since February, will carry the Etihad code "EY". This will also provide travellers in Afghanistan greater and easier access to Etihad's network of 86 destinations. The airline flies from Abu Dhabi on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 2am, arriving at 5.30am in Kabul; and on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from Kabul at 7.30pm, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 10pm.
